Please
follow the car park attendants instructions and park where
indicated. You will be asked to park in the Upper or
Lower car park depending where your stables are located.

The
show office will be open at the following times:
Thursday
24th April 5pm to 8pm
Friday
25th April 7am to 5pm
Saturday
26th April 7am to 5pm

27th April 9am to 10am
Stables
are located in four coloured zones. A map will display the location
of each zone.
Each
stable will be issued with a voucher, which entitles you to one bale
of shavings. The stable manager will be available between 8am and
10pm from Thursday to Saturday and 8am to 10am on Sunday
Stable
deposits will be refunded up until 10am on Sunday 27th April. Once
your stable is clean, please ask a stable manager to check it. You
will then be issued with a refund voucher, which you can exchange for
£10 at the show office. We will not refund any deposits after
10am on Sunday 27th April. Any deposits not claimed by
then will be forfeited.
Shavings
will be available at £6.50 per bale. Buy a voucher from the
Show office and exchange it for a bale where indicated.
Haylage
will be available from EH Haylage at £5.50 per bale
from Friday onwards.

Show
catalogues are available from the office priced £3.
Any
variance to start times will be announced over the public address
system. We will not hold classes for anybody. Once the gate is
closed, no further competitors will be admitted to the ring. There
will be no exceptions.
No
bicycles are allowed on any part of the show grounds or horse walk
areas. Any exhibitor who breaks this rule will be disqualified from competing.
Toilets
and shower facilities are located under the concourse of the main
indoor school.
Only
cars may be parked alongside hired caravans. Horse or pony trailers
or lorries must be parked in the designated car park.

All
prize money must be claimed by 10am on Sunday 27th April
2008 from the Show Office. Prize money will be forfeited after this.
All
competitors and grooms must be dressed appropriately. Grooms
entering the ring must wear a hat. They must not wear shorts.
Those
involved in the evening performance are requested to wear evening
attire.
Under
no circumstances will dogs be allowed on the showground, unless
under control on a lead all the time. They will not be permitted in
the arena. Please remember to clean up after your dog at all times.
To
prevent the risk of fire, exhibitors must not hold barbeques in the
horsebox lines.
Please
keep the show grounds and lorry park tidy by using the bins provided.
Anyone
who wishes to lodge a complaint may do so in writing, within an hour
of the event, accompanied by a deposit of £500, to the Director
of the Festival, Mr John Irwin. The committee reserves the right to
retain the deposit if the complaint is unfounded.

Please
remember that this show is run by a committee of volunteers who have
worked tirelessly to make it a weekend to remember for all
competitors. Therefore, we reserve the right to eject from the show
grounds any persons who become abusive towards the festivals
committee or staff.
Any
person causing deliberate damage to any building, vehicle or item or
causing deliberate injury to any animal will be escorted from the
show grounds and banned from any Northern Ireland Festival event for life.
The
Northern Ireland Festival does not accept any liability for any
injury, loss or damage sustained by an exhibitor or their assistants
or their animals or by any third party whatsoever.
